On the way before going to Harborplace see the Fort McHenry National Monument and Historic Shrine. 2400 East Fort Avenue Baltimore, MD 21230-53938 . After that proceed to Harborplace 200 East Pratt Street, 4th Floor Baltimore, MD 21202-6103. There are many paid Parking available nearby on road side.
Visit USS Constellation (Inside tour to a navy war ship ) 301 E Pratt St, Pier 1 Baltimore, MD 21202-3134.  National Aquarium is next to the USS Constellation, visit the aquarium or take a ride in the Swan Boat available in nearby jetty.

Ride the Ducks of Baltimore to explore Baltimore in an amphibious vehicles in land and sea, including a tour of the historic areas and a trip into the Inner Harbor.

After seeing the Harborplace drive through Washington Monument and Museum at Mount Vernon Place 699 North Charles St Baltimore, MD 21201. There is no parking available. Plan to stop by in the round about for couple of minutes then drive to The Maryland Zoo in Baltimore. You can spend couple of enjoyable hours here before departing to your hometown
